Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. About this policy
SPRED SOLUTIONS is powered by SPRED EVENTS LLP (UEN T26LL0881G) ("SPRED", "we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
It applies when you visit spredsolutions.com, contact us, or work with us on a website project.
2. Personal data we collect
- When you enquire: your name, company, email address, phone number, current website, and details of your project such as what you need, your timeline and your message.
- How you found us: the page you came from and any advertising campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm, gclid or fbclid), sent together with your enquiry.
- Our conversations with you: messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- When we work together: your billing details, and any content, files and account access you share with us so we can build and run your website.
3. How we use your personal data
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotations.
- To design, build, launch and look after your website.
- To issue invoices and receipts, and keep accounting and tax records.
- To understand which of our marketing brings enquiries, so we can improve it.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Your consent
By submitting an enquiry or working with us, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see section 10). We will then stop using your personal data for those purposes, although this may mean we can no longer provide some of our services. Withdrawing consent does not affect records we must keep by law.
5. Who we share your personal data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed, with:
- Service providers who help us run our business: Google Workspace (email, documents and file storage), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), FormSubmit (delivering website enquiries to our inbox) and WhatsApp (if you choose to message us there).
- Providers needed for your project, such as domain registrars and hosting, and only the details they need.
- Professional advisers such as our accountants and lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Singapore. When this happens, we take steps to make sure your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
7. Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
8. How long we keep and protect your personal data
We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or for legal or business purposes. Client, invoice and payment records are kept for at least 5 years, as required for accounting and tax purposes. When we no longer need your personal data, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected systems, and limiting access to the people who need it to do their work. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we work to protect your personal data and to act quickly if anything goes wrong.
9. Accessing and correcting your personal data
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or to correct it if it is wrong. We will respond within 30 days. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, and will tell you the fee before we proceed.
