Questions

Before we meet.

How much does a full renovation cost?

It depends on the size of your home and the level of finish. Most of our full design-and-build projects fall between $90,000 and $250,000. We'll give you a clear estimate after our first meeting.

How long does a project take?

Design takes six to eight weeks. Construction for a condominium usually takes eight to twelve weeks, and longer for landed homes.

Do you work with HDB flats?

Yes. We handle HDB renovation permits and work with registered contractors.

Can we keep some of our existing furniture?

Of course. We often design around a favourite piece and give it a new setting.
